Free Dance Classes: Discover the art of pole dancing, aerial hammock, aerial hoop, heels dance or twerk in a 45-minute class led by our expert instructors. These classes are very beginner friendly and also have progression opportunities for those with more experience. You will learn fundamental steps and combine your new moves into a short routine or sequence!

Please note that as spaces are limited, people who are new to the studio and people are sttending the class with a new friend they are referring will get priority to attend.

As part of each 45 min free trial class you will get to experience the following:

1. Instructor Performance: Be captivated by a breathtaking performance by our talented instructor, showcasing an advanced routine that will leave you inspired.

2. Mini Routine Demo: Your instructor will demonstrate the mini routine you'll be learning during the class, giving you a glimpse of the excitement to come.

3. Hands-On Learning: Dive into the world of pole dancing as you warm up, learn, and practice the mini routine step by step. Our instructors will guide you through each move, ensuring you feel confident and empowered. There will be opportunities for adjusting each move to different abilities and needs so there is a place for every experience level!

4. Capture the Moment: Want to remember this incredible experience? You'll have the option to have your mini routine filmed if you want to, so you can relive the magic and share it with friends and family.

5. Free Play and Cool Down: After mastering the mini routine, you'll have the chance to explore and have fun with free play or further practice time. We'll end the class with a relaxing cool-down session to leave you feeling refreshed.
